Elemental types Edit

Each monster belongs to a different element-type that has strengths and weakness against certain elements. The easiest way to tell what type the monster belongs to is to look at the prefix in their name and or the color of the monster.

Element prefixesEdit

Normal: Tough, Brutish, Thuggish, Intimidating.

Fire: Combusting, Scorching, Blazing, Inferno.

Ice: Frozen, Icey, Frigid, Arctic.

Electric: Sparking, Shocking, Lightning, GigaWatt

Poison: Infected, Toxic, Miasmatic, Baneful.

Moonlight: Luminous, Dazzling, Brilliant, Blinding

The elemental damage table Edit

This will show you the damage potential an element has against other elements. The list is a multiplication table meaning 1 is normal damage, 0.5 is half damage while 2 is double damage. Normal is non-elemental, which is also the name the developers use.

Multiplication table

Normal Fire Ice Electric Poison Player

Normal 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
Fire 1 0.5 2 0.5 1 1 1.5
Ice 1 0.5 0.5 1 2 1 1.5
Electric 1 2 1 0.5 0.5 1 1
Poison 1 1 0.5 2 0.5 1 1
Player Soul 1.5 1.5 1.5 1.5 1.5 0.5 1.5
Moonlight 1 1 1 1.5 1.5 1 0.5

Crafting tips Edit

If you want to craft as few weapons as possible while maximizing damage, try and craft a different type of element each time that you upgrade to a new tier and keep your old one. A weapon that does twice the damage against an element is usually better than using one that's one or two tiers higher but only does the regular amount (x1).

To get high-end moonlight weapon blueprints, visit a moon during an enemy spawn event. The enemies that spawn will be equivalent to your current class level.
